[摘 要]目的 探讨加强家属健康教育对老年痴呆患者生活能力的影响.方法 选取38例老年痴呆患者,随机分成观察组19 例,对照组19 例,两组患者均予常规综合治疗,内容包括健康教育、饮食指导、运动指导、行为干预、药物治疗等.在此基础上,观察组加强家属健康教育.分别在患者入院时和随访3 个月后采用日常生活能力量表,对两组患者的生活能力进行总体评分.结果 日常生活能力量表平分中,观察组分值明显低于对照组（P<0.01）,说明老年痴呆患者的生活自理能力明显提高.结论 加强家属健康教育可提高老年痴呆患者家属的照料水平及配合程度,帮助患者特高日常生活能力.

An effection of life ability for patients with AD to strengthen family members health educationQui RuiYun,Wang GuoYing,Lin Yan（The Psycho-rehabilitation Hospital of Yan Tai city ShanDong province 265200）[Abstract]Objective To probe into an effection of life ability of patients with AD after strengthening family members healtheducation Methods 38 patients with AD was classified two groups.They are observing group in 19 cases and controllinggroup in 19cases,they are treated with routine synthesis .It consists of health education,guiding drinking and motion,interposing act and medicine cure.Under the basis the observing group was strengthened family memabers healtheducation.They were checked up with daily life ability scale in hospital and past three month.Results Fraction of daily lifeability obviously is tower in observing group than in controlling group.It is speaked that ability of care for oneself on patientswith AD obviously improve..Conclusions Strengthenning family members health education can improve level of family carefor patients with AD and coordinate of patients with AD.It help to improve daily life ability of patients.
