每年1月份举行,与全国硕士研究生入学考试同步进行.由各招生院校MTI资格考试命题小组根据本考试大纲,分别参照翻译硕士外语考试《翻译硕X语》,基础课考试《X语翻译基础》及专业基础课考试《汉语写作与百科知识》考试大纲及样题的要求,自主负责命题与实施.
