摘 要随着现代科技的高速发展、经济全球一体化进程的加快,作为传统产业重要组成部分的中国邮政,一方面,受到了以计算机、通信为代表的信息技术革命冲击的压力,传统邮政业务急剧下滑；另一方面邮政先前市场垄断的局面被打破,市场竞争日益激烈.在这种情况下,邮政业必需寻找新的生存空间,以促进自身的发展,邮政物流企业应运而生.拥有实物运输网、邮政金融网和综合计算机网的邮政加入现代物流业就是顺应时代的选择.任何一个物流企业要想在市场上取得生存与发展,就必须不断加强自己的竞争力,那么,如何加强邮政物流企业的竞争力呢?本文从重庆邮政物流企业在市场竞争中的优劣分析入手,根据强化优势,扭转劣势的思考,进一步研讨了加强邮政物流企业的竞争力的对策,指出邮政物流企业在做好自身传统业务和创新业务的基础上,应该把握先机,充分利用自身良好的声誉和网络资源优势,把自己发展成为物流配送领域的主力军,为中国的网络经济建立一条最重要的、开放的、信息化的物流高速公路,服务于国民经济的各个领域和社会生活的各个方面,并成为未来电子商务时代的最大受益者.
