三种植物蛋白源对黄鳝生长和肌肉营养成分的影响

摘 要 :在添加等量鱼粉的基础上,分别以豆粕、棉粕、菜粕为原料配制成三组等氮等能的饲料(蛋白质含量约为38%)饲喂黄鳝(Monopterus albus).结果表明,豆粕组、棉粕组、菜粕组三个试验组之间末均重、增重率、特定生长率差异显著(P<0.05),豆粕组黄鳝的生长性能和饲料利用率最好,棉粕组次之,菜粕组最差;三个试验组之间肥满度、脏体比和肝体比无显著差异,但豆粕组的脏体比和肝体比大于棉粕组和菜粕组;三种植物蛋白源对黄鳝肌肉营养成分有一定影响,豆粕组与菜粕组、棉粕组相比,粗蛋白含量较高,而粗脂肪含量较低,表明豆粕组黄鳝的营养价值较高.

Effects of Three Plant Protein Sources on Growth and Muscle Nutrition of

Monopterus albus

Abstract: On the same addition level of fish meal, soybean meal, cotton seed meal and rapeseed meal were used to make three iso-nitrogenous diets (38% crude protein level), and feed the Monopterus albus. The results showed that between soybean meal group, cotton meal group and rapeseed meal group, there was a significant difference on growth and feed utilization rate of M. albus(P<0.05). The growth performance and feed utilization rate of soybean meal were significantly higher than the cotton meal group and rapeseed meal group, and the rapeseed meal group was the worst. There was no significant difference of condition factor、VSI and HIS among three experimental groups, and the VSI and HIS of soybean meal group was highter than cotton meal group and rapeseed meal group. There was some effect on muscle nutrition of M. albus for the three plant protein sources. The crude protein content of soybean meal group was higher than cotton seed meal and rapeseed meal, but the crude fat content was lower than the cotton seed meal and rapeseed meal, indicated the soybean meal had higher nutrition value.
