蔡力博士2016年毕业于北卡罗来纳大学教堂山分校定量心理学专业,现任美国加利福尼亚大学洛杉矶分校心理系定量心理学方向,教育和信息研究研究生院高级定量方法方向副教授,以及评价,标准和学生测试研究中心联合主任.因其在测量和统计分析领域的杰出成果,2016年被美国心理协会授予AnneAnastasi青年奖,2016年获美国青年学家总统奖.

蔡力教授在统计与定量方法,教育与心理测量等领域发表论文三十多篇,担任国际着名期刊《CommunicationMethodsandMeasures》和《JournalofEducationalandBehioralStatistics》的编委.另外,蔡力教授还组织开发完成了功能强大的测量软件IRTPRO和flexMIRT,主要负责核心算法部分的实现,其中IRTPRO软件已于2016年由着名的国际科学软件公司(ScientificSoftwareInternational,SSI)出品.
